The Letter to Congress
Impeach and Remove RFK Jr.

(We invite you to submit charges against RFK to include in the petition we will be hand-delivering to key members of Congress in September.)

Dear Members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives:

We the undersigned, call on you to take immediate action to IMPEACH and REMOVE Mr. Robert F. Kennedy Jr from his role as Secretary of Health and Human Services for lying to Congress under oath and for failing to uphold the mission of the department under his charge.

The mission of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, by providing for effective health and human services and by fostering sound, sustained advances in the sciences underlying medicine, public health, and social services.

Secretary Kennedy's words and actions are killing Americans. During confirmation hearings he told Congressional committee that he would:

a) “do nothing as HHS secretary that makes it difficult or discourages people from taking [vaccines].”

b) “work within the current vaccine approval and safety monitoring systems, and not establish parallel systems”

c) “maintain the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices without changes.”

Since being sworn in as HHS Secretary, Kennedy has falsely claimed that the Measles Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine causes death, terminated $500 million in mRNA research contracts, canceled studies in vaccine hesitancy, dismissed all members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices and dictated changes to vaccine recommendations and timelines without scientific evidence. The list below—which we update daily—outlines key evidence supporting our charges.

During his brief tenure, Kennedy has continued a years long disinformation campaign promoting pseudo-science that has resulted in preventable deaths, the disruption of the world's preeminent biomedical research ecosystem, violation of medical data privacy statutes and regulations, billions of dollars in economic losses, removal of public data, ethical and research misconduct in the production of government reports, the adoption of public health policies and guidelines that are in direct opposition of scientific evidence, and the unlawful termination of thousands of dedicated public servants.

Kennedy's promotion of dangerous conspiracies and disinformation have fomented a harmful pattern of harassment and violence against our nation's essential public health workers and civil servants, vilifying their life-saving work and undermining the public's trust in the institutions meant to protect the nation's health and wellbeing. Kennedy's actions are crippling the Department, threatening the health of Americans for generations to come, and putting the public in immediate danger.

Members of Congress, your constituents will continue to die and suffer, bearing unconscionable harm and economic loss, as a result of Secretary Kennedy's reckless pseudo-scientific crusade to dismantle the Department.

THEREFORE WE, THE SIGNATORIES OF THIS PETITION, DEMAND THAT YOU, OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS, MOVE WITH DUE HASTE DURING THIS UPCOMING FALL 2025 CONGRESSIONAL SESSION TO IMPEACH AND REMOVE ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR. FROM HIS POSITION AS SECRETARY OF HHS.
